With over 33 years of experience, Mr. Nathaniel Welbeck has worked as a supervisor at Willie Winkle Wood and Metal Works between 1984 and 1986. From 1990 to 2000, he was a Building Construction Supervisor at Interbuild before moving to AY & A Consult where he became a Water Treatment Plant Installation Technician between 2004 and 2008. During that period, he was a core member of the team that designed and built Awaso water treatment plant among other projects across Ghana. In 2008, he was hired by SHEF Consortium as a Design and Installation Engineer, during which period he designed, built and installed the waste-water treatment plant at GHACEM Limited. In 2010, he formed his own engineering outfit by name Afronat Engineering Enterprise and subsequently became a sub-contract for SHEF consortium. His vast experience in engineering comprises his designing, building and installing various types and sizes of treatment plants for both domestic and industrial purposes. He has also served on the board of team of experts that consulted for FANMILK GHANA LIMITED and TEXTILES GHANA LIMITED in their acquisition of waste-water treatment plants.
